Volume 1, Chapter 2: Clang, Boom, and Steam

We took this picture way back when we did this Value Village shopping expedition for costumes and props. We saw this crazy steampunk-looking refinery (it's in Dartmouth, across the harbour from Halifax) down the road and drove down. Lucky for us, the refinery is near some railroad tracks which are "Enter-at-your-own-risk" rather than "This-is-private-property-so-bugger-off," so we navigated away from high voltage signs and other hazards. We knew we'd be coming back for more shots later (and indeed, we did).
